Director Development Program Management
Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
This director-level role leads program management across pharmaceutical development initiatives, overseeing cross-functional teams from preclinical through commercialization. The position requires strategic planning expertise, operational leadership, and mentoring capabilities to drive program execution and organizational outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Global Program Head to lead strategic program teams and governance meetings
- Develop integrated program plans including goals, budgets, timelines, and monitor execution
- Anticipate risks and drive development of mitigation strategies and issue resolution
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues and manage direct reports
- Monitor progress against program goals and report to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- 12+ years of project/program management experience, preferably pharma
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong presentation and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, SharePoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity
