Director, Program Operations Leader - Ophthalmology/Renal

Responsibilities
- Lead operational strategy and execution for complex clinical trial programs
- Oversee clinical study timelines, budgets, and quality across assigned programs
- Manage and mentor clinical trial management staff including associate directors
- Serve as escalation point for clinical program and study-level issues
- Drive vendor selection, CRO management, and risk mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 12 years pharmaceutical sponsor-side experience
- 8 years clinical operations leadership experience
- Knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and clinical trial management
- Experience managing clinical research organization vendors
- Staff recruitment, development, and performance management skills
