The Sage Group's client, an AI focused Enterprise Health Tech company is seeking an experienced Pricing Consultant to help shape the monetization strategy for our expanding enterprise product portfolio. This is a 23-month remote contract role open to candidates located in the United States. They are an enterprise health tech company developing the Agentic Clinical Intelligence platform, which includes Ambient Documentation, Clinical Reasoning, Assisted Revenue Cycle Management, and Clinical Operations. Historically, our client and many of its competitors have priced ambient technology through a flat, per-user-per-month model. As we introduce new AI agents and broaden our RCM offerings, we are looking to build a more flexible, scalable pricing framework that reflects the value of these products and supports enterprise procurement. Our client brings its platform to market through two businesses. Clinicians is our first-party application, sold directly to healthcare systems, hospitals, and clinical groups. Partners provides APIs and SDKs that enable software and hardware companies to embed our functionality into their own solutions. Our customers include medium and large healthcare organizations, as well as companies across EHR, telehealth, smart room, and related verticals. In this role, you will develop a tiered monetization structure for our forthcoming AI agents and RCM product strategies. The initial thesis is to price these capabilities a la carte rather than include them in the core Ambient Clinical Intelligence offering. You will assess the market, benchmark competitors, and recommend enterprise pricing and packaging models that maximize value while remaining practical for our sales teams, customers, and procurement processes.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate our current pricing approach and competitive landscape, with particular focus on enterprise health tech, AI-enabled products, RCM solutions, and platform businesses.
• Design scalable enterprise tiers and premium feature bundles for new AI products across both Clinicians and Partners.
• Recommend optimized seat-based, usage-based, or hybrid pricing models that align with how enterprise healthcare organizations and technology partners buy.
• Help define packaging, value metrics, pricing guardrails, and commercial considerations that enable our enterprise sales organization to win new logos and support the customer success team in driving expansion within existing accounts.

What We're Looking For

• The ideal consultant brings deep experience in enterprise SaaS pricing and packaging, with a strong understanding of healthcare and health tech buying environments.
• You have helped companies price AI agents, AI-enabled workflows, or other emerging AI products, and you can translate customer value into practical commercial models.
• You should also have experience with platform business models, including API, SDK, consumption, embedded technology, or partner-led pricing.
• Experience working with health tech SaaS companies, healthcare systems, or enterprise software companies selling into regulated markets is highly valued.
• You are comfortable working with executive stakeholders across product, finance, sales, customer success, and leadership.
• You can move quickly, communicate clearly, and develop recommendations that balance strategic ambition with real-world enterprise sales and procurement needs.

2-3 month contract Remote in the US Pay: $90+/hour
