Schedule: Full-Time (8-5)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled  Assembly Specialist to join our interior aviation division. This role is responsible for assembling aircraft interior components, interpreting engineering drawings, performing precise measurements, and ensuring high-quality builds across a variety of manufactured products.

This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work with standard manufacturing tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble interior parts and components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, dimensions, and tolerance with accuracy.
• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, torque wrenches, etc.).
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, fit, accuracy, and compliance with requirements.
• Follow standardized work instructions and contribute to the continuous improvement of assembly processes.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Entry Level – we are willing to train a motivated candidate.
• Proficiency with basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc.).
• Ability to use a wide range of hand tools and shop tools safely and effectively.
• Solid understanding of mechanical components and assembly practices.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• High attention to detail, quality mindset, and commitment to accuracy.
