What You'll Bring:

• At least 2 years of recent experience in critical care units, including PCU, Stepdown, or ICU
• Proven expertise in IV starts, telemetry, and Epic electronic health records
• Valid nursing license and current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and ability to adapt quickly
• Ability to float within units of similar or lower acuity, potentially across multiple campuses

Nice to Have:

• Experience with multiple hospital locations such as Ross Heart, Brain & Spine, Dodd
• Additional certifications or specialized skills in critical care
• Prior experience in a float pool or agency nursing environment

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) highly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of recent critical care nursing experience in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:

• Must be flexible to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:30), 3x12-hour shifts per week
• Valid driver's license and ability to float across multiple hospital campuses as needed
• Willingness to provide excellent patient care in a variety of critical care environments

Competitive pay rate of $59.18 per hour, with benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick leave, and generous referral bonus opportunities.
