Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate tailored treatment plans and therapy strategies for each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive space for open communication.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to provide holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, with a preference for clinical settings.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health practices.
