The Role MCRM Fertility is seeking a skilled and compassionate Fertility Nurse Practitioner to join our team full-time at our Tulsa location. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, collaborate closely with our physicians and clinical staff, perform advanced clinical assessments, and support patients throughout every stage of their fertility journey. We are looking for a clinician who brings both clinical expertise and genuine empathy to one of the most meaningful areas of healthcare. What You’ll Do In this role, you won’t just be managing cases, you’ll be walking alongside patients during one of the most emotional chapters of their lives. You’ll lead comprehensive fertility assessments, conduct diagnostic procedures including transvaginal ultrasounds, endometrial biopsies, and sonohysterograms, and collaborate with our physicians to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s unique goals. Clinically, you’ll monitor follicular development, order and interpret labs, prescribe and manage fertility medications, perform IUIs, and help coordinate cycle monitoring, egg retrievals, and embryo transfers. Beyond the procedures, you’ll be a trusted voice by educating patients on their options, providing emotional support, and working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with our physicians, embryologists, nurses, and administrative team to deliver care that truly changes lives. What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) with Nurse Practitioner certification Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri National board certification as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Minimum 2 years of experience in women’s health, OB/GYN, or fertility Proficiency in ultrasound use for fertility monitoring preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in an emotionally sensitive clinical environment Collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting Schedule This is a full‑time, in‑person position at our Tulsa location. Core hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM , with half‑days on Fridays . This schedule is designed to support both excellent patient care and a healthy work‑life balance for our clinical team.
