Role Description This is a full‑time, hybrid Real Estate Salesperson role based in Caldwell, NJ, with some flexibility to work from home. The Real Estate Salesperson will prospect for new clients, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Daily responsibilities include conducting property showings, hosting open houses, preparing and presenting listing presentations, and advising clients on pricing, marketing, and offers. The role also involves preparing and reviewing contracts and related documents, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing. The Real Estate Salesperson will leverage company tools and training to market listings, maintain an active pipeline in the CRM, and stay current with local market trends and industry regulations. Qualifications Active New Jersey Real Estate License, or the ability and commitment to obtain a NJ Real Estate License within a defined timeframe. Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property concepts, including residential and/or commercial transactions, market analysis, and basic contract understanding. Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, lead follow‑up, negotiation, and closing, with a goal‑oriented mindset. Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, manage expectations, and provide attentive support throughout the transaction. High level of professionalism, integrity, and respect for confidentiality in all client and colleague interactions. Comfort using technology tools such as CRM systems, MLS platforms, electronic document signing, email marketing, and social media. Strong organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for showings, open houses, meetings, and trainings. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team‑oriented brokerage environment.
