Applicants for the Head of Supply Chain position at the company should have 8-15+ years' of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or manufacturing, with a proven track record in scaling hardware from prototype to production. Strong sourcing experience across electrical components, CNC machining, and sheet metal fabrication is required, as is experience in working with or managing contract manufacturers. The role demands an individual with an established supplier network, a background in robotics, automotive, or industrial hardware, and experience in early-stage or high-growth environments.
