The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 per year. However, if you possess additional valuable skill sets that could benefit the enterprise, you may be eligible for higher compensation. We encourage strong technical candidates to apply without hesitation.

Position Overview

Responsible for managing daily purchasing operations at a Luxury Hotel to ensure timely supply, cost efficiency, and compliance with procurement policies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, accountable, and hands-on, with solid procurement experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and proficiency in Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders based on demand plans and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods
• Source, evaluate, and maintain an approved vendor list
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to optimize procurement costs
• Process contracts, invoices, and all procurement-related documentation accurately
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to resolve supply issues or delays
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and prepare regular procurement reports
• Support warehouse operations including receiving, stocktaking, and inventory control
• Manage procurement-related communication and documentation in Mandarin

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven purchasing experience (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills; able to work on-site
• Detail-oriented, diligent, and accountable with strong follow-through
• High integrity with strict adherence to procurement compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous)

• Experience with BirchStreet procurement system
• Exposure to cross-border procurement and international logistics
• Background in warehouse operations or inventory management
• Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry
