Legal e-billing manager

We are seeking an experienced E-Billing Manager to co-lead and co-manage our client's comprehensive electronic billing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This pivotal role requires a proactive leader with problem-solving and technical skills to drive critical financial processes.

salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year

Responsibilities

As the E-Billing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for co-managing the entire electronic billing lifecycle in a high-volume environment. Your daily focus will include:

• Co-managing and overseeing e-billing operations to ensure strict adherence to complex, client-specific billing guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Reviewing e-bill submissions and ensuring the timely generation and distribution of client invoices.
• Co-leading a dedicated team of client billing specialists, providing guidance on resolving discrepancies, and overseeing adherence to best practices.
• Acting as a central liaison, collaborating with senior leadership, clients, and internal departments to promptly address and resolve any billing issues.
• Diving into financial reports, tracking revenue trends, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to optimize billing efficiency.
