Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching license in Pennsylvania
• Experience or strong interest in supporting elementary-aged students
• Familiarity with push-in and pull-out models for learning support
• Passion for delivering individualized instruction and collaborating with general education teachers
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills

Responsibilities:

• Implement both push-in and pull-out instructional models to serve students’ IEP goals
• Differentiate instruction to address individual learning needs and styles
• Partner with classroom teachers, specialists, and support staff to create cohesive instructional plans
• Track and document student progress while communicating effectively with families and school teams
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth and engagement
