Assistant Café Manager – Full Time

We are a growing café and bakery focused on quality, consistency, and creating a welcoming space for both our guests and our team. We’re looking for a strong, hands-on manager who takes pride in their work and leads with both structure and kindness.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and understands how to balance team leadership with day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily café operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
• Support and guide the team during shifts (bar, floor, and service flow)
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and product quality
• Communicate clearly with team members and ownership
• Handle customer interactions with professionalism and care
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and basic operational tasks
