1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Here's what we're looking for.

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of return goods experience
• Steel-toe shoes
• Excellent customer service
• Attention to detail
• Communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of returned merchandise from receipt to final disposition
• Inspect returned and damaged items to determine eligibility (restock, rework, or scrap)
• Accurately log returns, update inventory systems, and process credits or chargebacks
• Coordinate with customer service, sales, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure proper put-away of returned inventory and assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation
• Communicate with customers regarding return status and expectations
• Work with vendors to obtain RMAs and follow up on return credits
• Operate warehouse tools such as pallet jacks and scanners while maintaining a clean, organized workspace
