Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Job Description:
Summary
As a Workplace Experience Coordinator , you will deliver a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, focused on providing exceptional service to clients and visitors.


Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors; greet with a welcoming demeanor, issue visitor/parking passes, and follow security protocols
• Answer telephones professionally; create presentations and speak to groups of varying sizes
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors
• Manage janitorial/maintenance work orders; coordinate workplace services (mail, office supplies, onboarding)
• Handle inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers; provide professional customer service solutions
• Organize and manage on-site events (secure space, set up/tear down, supply delivery)
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures; notify appropriate parties for safety concerns
• Coordinate with vendors supplying workplace goods/services
• Explain detailed information within the team; follow manager's directions
• Perform clearly defined duties using existing procedures; solve straightforward problems with limited discretion

Candidate Profile

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: Up to 2 years of job-related experience
• Skills:
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
  • Strong communication skills for exchanging straightforward information
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
