Agile Coach

To drive enterprise Agile transformation within a complex technology organization, the fully remote Oregon Licensed Senior Agile Coach will lead initiatives, coach teams and executives on Agile methodologies, and establish governance standards to enhance delivery performance. Key responsibilities Lead enterprise Agile transformation initiatives by coaching various stakeholders on Lean, Agile, and scaled Agile methodologies Facilitate enterprise planning activities, including Program Increment (PI) Planning and roadmap development Establish Agile governance standards and continuous improvement practices to measure organizational health and delivery performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred 8 or more years of experience leading Agile delivery and enterprise transformation initiatives 5 or more years of experience coaching Agile teams and implementing Lean or SAFe practices Demonstrated experience facilitating executive planning sessions and large-scale Agile transformations Professional Agile certifications such as SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are preferred
