Role:- Agile Coach
Client:- CITI
Type: Only fulltime
Location: Irving, TX/ Tampa, FL
Salary- 170k/yr + benefits Note:- Please inform the candidates that to start it with it is a 3 months project , client will extend afterwards
Certifications:- The candidate must be SAFe certified and must have a Product Owner or Product Manager certification Job Description:
- Looking for Senior, Enterprise Coach and knows it will be at the senior coach.
- Must have PM/PO certification but does not have to have played the role of PM/PO before (needs to know role of PM/PO but does not need deep expertise)
- Must be excellent communicator and stakeholder manager and a quick learner
- looking for coaches who can drive change in given areas of Product but who will also work to build out models and processes for implementation (so must also be analytical)
- Focus will be on:
- Intake Process - rolling it out across TTS
- Prioritization (Business Value and driving OKRs)
- OKR coaching - helping product to understand and translate to outcome oriented way of working
