Associate Director, Clinical Data Management

Associate Director role focused on portfolio and resource operations within clinical data management. Responsible for capacity planning, workload forecasting, operational dashboards, and cross-functional coordination to ensure data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain headcount, workload, and demand models; run allocation algorithms for portfolio delivery
- Create and manage operational dashboards; collect, analyze, validate efficiency and utilization data across functions
- Support operating-model optimization and translate outcomes into tracked action plans
- Coordinate resource and financial forecasting; track variances and publish reconciled reporting views
- Lead training development, communications, and change management aligned to organizational frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years relevant experience, or Master's/Doctorate with 4+ years
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for analytics and modeling
- Strong knowledge of capacity planning, portfolio management, and workforce analytics
- Data interpretation skills including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Fluent English with clear communication and executive-level presentation skills
- Clinical Data Management expertise and experience with operational systems
