Clinical Director / Primary Therapist Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the clinical team, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.

• Provide direct therapy to clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring.

• Supervise, mentor, and train therapists and other clinical staff.

• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with families, schools, and other care providers to support client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records.

• Implement quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices.

Clinical Director / Primary Therapist Qualifications:

• Applicants must hold a valid LPC or LCSW credential.

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
