HR Recruiter needs 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment. 3 years experience in Human Resources required.
HR Recruiter requires:
- Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment with full life cycle recruitment.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to come on-site during the training period.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment.
- 3 years experience in Human Resources required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
HR Recruiter duties:
- Assist in the development of recruiting processes and practices that support the goals and direction of the Human Resources Department.
- Research and source candidates through advanced search techniques
- Generate recruitment reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing recruiting data and trends
