We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. This role is essential in streamlining our hiring processes and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities
Process Management: Support the full recruitment lifecycle by managing administrative tasks, scheduling interviews, and ensuring data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and cross-functional partners to understand talent needs and influence positive hiring outcomes.

Strategic Support: Apply creative problem-solving skills to address complex staffing challenges and contribute to a customer-focused candidate journey.

Adaptability: Navigate shifting priorities and technological transformations with ease, maintaining high standards of communication and organization.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years of professional experience in a corporate environment.

Experience: * Minimum of 2 years in a recruiting or recruitment support role.

Direct experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills for internal and external professional interactions.

Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under general supervision.

Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence others and build lasting professional relationships.
