The role of the Corporate Trainer acts in a training and support role with franchisees and staff for initial and ongoing training. You'll bring energy, clarity, and consistency to every training session, ensuring a strong foundation is laid across all our centers.WHAT YOU'LL DOFacilitate interactive, high-impact virtual onboarding sessions for new franchisees and center staffDeliver training on our systems, operational procedures, and programs using a variety of online tools and platformsAdapt training strategies to meet the specific needs of different audiences (owners, teachers, administrative staff)Support new franchisees and their teams through their early weeks with regular virtual check-ins, coaching, and follow-up sessionsCollaborate with internal departments to ensure all training materials are current and aligned with company initiativesUse feedback, assessments, and data to continuously improve the virtual onboarding experienceBONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVEExperience in education, tutoring, or academic servicesPrevious experience working in a franchise environmentBasic instructional design or e-learning development knowledgeWHY JOIN US?You'll be part of a collaborative and mission-driven team that believes in empowering others through training and support.
