Litigation Paralegal

Our valued law firm client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Iselin, New Jersey team. This individual will provide comprehensive support to attorneys handling a busy litigation caseload.

This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office .

Salary: $75,000–$90,000

Responsibilities:

• Manage case files throughout all stages of litigation
• Assist with discovery and document production
• Draft and organize litigation-related documents and correspondence
• Coordinate depositions, experts, and case deadlines
• Prepare case summaries and chronologies
• Assist with mediation and trial preparation
• Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met
• Provide additional litigation support as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong case management and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with standard legal and Microsoft Office technology
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
