Litigation Associate

Woodbridge, NJ – Hybrid After Onboarding

We are a growing New Jersey personal injury, criminal defense, and litigation firm seeking a motivated Associate Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. This role is ideal for an attorney with 2+ years of litigation or personal injury experience who is ready to take ownership of files, work directly with clients, and develop strong litigation skills with hands‑on mentorship.

• Manage a personal injury caseload with increasing independence
• Handle client communication, discovery, motion practice, and negotiations
• Participate in depositions, arbitrations, and court appearances
• Contribute meaningfully to case strategy and litigation planning (including trial preparation)
• Work closely with the managing attorney for mentorship and professional development

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)
• Minimum 2+ years of litigation or personal injury experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional communication skills and a client‑focused mindset
• Ability to work independently while following firm procedures
• Comfort interacting with clients who may be injured or unfamiliar with the legal process

$95,000–$120,000 per year , commensurate with experience Fee sharing available for cases brought into the firm
