Litigation Associate

Job Description HumanHire is partnered with a litigation boutique firm to find a Litigation Associate to join their growing team in Newark, NJ or NYC. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated casualty and complex litigation matters.

We Offer:
- Pay: Up to $180K Base Salary plus Bonus
- Bonus: Up to $20K annually based on billable hours
- Great Benefits: Competitive benefits package
- Hybrid Flexibility: 4 days in-office, Fridays remote
- Handle complex litigation matters from case evaluation through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in court proceedings.
- Work directly with clients on case strategy, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
- Manage multiple matters independently while working closely with the legal team.
- 2+ years of Litigation Attorney experience
- Experience with complex casualty, product liability, construction defect, or general liability matters
- New York and New Jersey Bar Admissions required; Pennsylvania is a plus
