Office Coordinator

JSG (Johnson Service Group, Inc.)

Johnson Service Group is looking for a part-time Office Coordinator for our client in Boston. This role would be more ideal for a more candidate and include the following. 6 month contract, part-time M-TH 8am-2 Key Responsibilities Office Management Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment. Facilitate office maintenance and repairs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols Administrative Support Assist with updating site-specific, internal documentation Support onboarding/off-boarding activities Employee Experience + Culture Help execute employee engagement initiatives and office events. Assist with internal communications to ensure employees are informed about office updates. Support Workplace policies and promote a positive work culture. Ensure office equipment is maintained and functioning (printers, misc. IT equipment) Coordinate with IT team for troubleshooting as needed. Requirements 4+ years of relevant Office Administration Experience Experience promoting a positive workplace culture by organizing and hosting events such as anniversaries, birthdays, icebreakers, and other team-building activities, while also supporting additional administrative tasks as needed.
