Lead Salesforce Administrator Irving, TX (Hybrid)Direct HireThis individual will oversee day-to-day administration while partnering closely with business stakeholders to maximize platform adoption, optimize processes, and deliver new capabilities across the organization.This position is ideal for someone who combines strong Salesforce Administration experience with a Business Analyst mindset—someone who enjoys understanding business needs, recommending solutions, and driving continuous platform improvements. ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary administrator and platform owner for Salesforce.Maintain the overall health, security, and performance of the Salesforce environment.Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security configurations.Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.Drive platform enhancements, process improvements, and user adoption initiatives.Collaborate with developers, technical teams, and business stakeholders on new functionality and enhancements.Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and usability.Support platform governance, data integrity, and Salesforce best practices.Act as a trusted advisor for internal users, helping promote and expand Salesforce capabilities across the business.Qualifications5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.Experience administering Salesforce within an enterprise environment.Strong understanding of Salesforce security, user management, and platform configuration.Business Analyst experience or strong requirements gathering skills.Experience driving platform adoption and process improvement initiatives.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with Oracle environments is a plus.Salesforce AdministrationBusiness AnalysisPlatform GovernanceSecurity & User ManagementRequirements GatheringProcess OptimizationOracle (preferred)Estimated Min Rate: $105000.00Estimated Max Rate: $150000.00What’s In It for You?We welcome you to be a part of the largest and legendary global staffing companies to meet your career aspirations.
