Benefits Coordinator: Compliance & Vendor Partnerships

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Benefits Coordinator in Louisville, KY. You will resolve escalated benefits questions, work with vendors, process invoices, and ensure weekly premium payments are reconciled for employees on leave. You will also assist with QMCSO filings and ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA and HIPAA. The role involves collaboration with the Benefits Call Center and internal teams to maintain accurate data and administer education programs.
