Raytheon is seeking a Requirements and Capabilities Director for Undersea Programs to lead campaigns to grow Raytheon’s customer base for undersea integrated sensors and effectors throughout the undersea domain. The Director develops, gains leadership approval and aggressively executes campaign strategies in close coordination with the Raytheon Naval Systems & Sustainment (NSS) Business Development Executive and Naval Power business units. The Director will develop relationships with domestic and international customers that desire undersea sensor, effector, and integrated solutions to meet their defense needs. This position works onsite at either our Jacksonville FL or Arlington, VA facilities in a hybrid schedule as business needs determine. The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
