Accounting Clerk II

As an Accounting Clerk II, you will support both day-to-day functionality of the Accounts Payable process and have the opportunity to grow problem solving and analysis skills. What You'll Be Doing: Provide support to Accounts Payable, including invoice entry into ERP system, purchase receipt matching, statement reconciliation, and vendor inquiry resolution. Maintain daily cash activity by updating bank transactions, processing check clearing, and ensuring accurate account coding. Review and reconcile corporate credit card statements, sales and use tax reports, and weekly freight expenses. Support month-end close activities through journal entry preparation/upload and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks. Perform monthly and quarterly general ledger account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and distribute assigned financial reports. Provide support for audits as needed. What You'll Need: Associate's degree required Intermediate computer proficiency with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel. Speed and accuracy in data entry, with the ability to review / audit while entering. Authorized to work in the United States.
