The Banquet Chef oversees culinary production for catered events, ensuring timely execution, consistent quality, food safety, and outstanding guest experiences while coordinating closely with event and operations teams. Qualifications - Culinary degree preferred - 3-5 years banquet or catering leadership experience - Experience executing large-scale events - ServSafe® Certification preferred - Knowledge of banquet production and food safety - Inventory and scheduling experience Key Responsibilities - Lead banquet kitchen operations - Coordinate event production - Ensure food quality - Maintain sanitation compliance - Supervise banquet culinary staff - Manage event timing - Support inventory management - Coordinate with event operations - Control food waste - Deliver exceptional event execution **Curious about Life at Levy?
