We are a fast-paced, patient-focused chiropractic office dedicated to providing high quality care in a welcoming and professional environment. Our team values efficiency, detail, compassion, and excellent communication, and we're looking for a reliable receptionist to be the first point of contact to our patients.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The front desk receptionist plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. this position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner

Answer and manage busy phone lines

Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Coordinate patient flow to keep the office running efficiently

Ensure the reception area is clean and organized

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office perferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a busy environment

Familiarity with scheduling software and basic computer skills

Detail-oriented and dependable

Our clinic's operation hours are Monday through Saturday. Hours will be morning for training and after training, hours will be morning, afternoon and every other Saturday. This is a permanent part time position. Pay will be determined based on experience.
