Construction Helper

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking a Construction Helper in Tampa, FL to support mechanical installation teams on commercial construction projects and develop valuable trade skills.

Impact:
- Support efficient project execution through reliable material handling and site preparation
- Learn trade skills and safety practices that build toward a long-term construction career
- Maintain organized job sites that enable productive work by skilled craftspeople
- Contribute to team success through dependable work ethic and positive attitude

Responsibilities:
- Assist pipefitters, plumbers, and HVAC technicians with material handling and tool preparation
- Load and unload trucks, transport materials to work areas
- Perform site cleanup and maintain organized work zones
- Operate basic hand tools and assist with equipment setup
- Help with measuring, cutting, and preparing materials as directed
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Participate in daily safety meetings and training sessions
- Support quality control through attention to detail and following instructions

Compensation and Logistics:
