This role serves as the primary on-site IT presence for Florida office.POSITION SUMMARYThis is a hands-on Tier 2 IT role requiring full ownership of site IT operations. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, flexible, and willing to do whatever is necessary to get the job done.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary IT support for Florida siteTier 2 on-site and remote supportWindows troubleshooting (limited macOS)Microsoft 365 administrationTicketing system and RMM usageIntune / MDM deployment supportNetworking and Wi-Fi troubleshootingPrinter, phone, and device setupEquipment ordering, pickups and setupLifting, carrying and installing equipment as neededROLE EXPECTATIONSThis is a hands-on, multitasking role in a growing organization. Candidates should be comfortable handling technical support, equipment setup, ordering, site visits, and logistics as needed.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to provide remote support for future offices in inaccessible regions such as other states or overseasExcellent troubleshooting skillsEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyStrong team player with a service-oriented attitudeValid driver's license and reliable vehicleEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:3-5+ years IT Support experienceProven experience in IT Support, network management or similar roleStrong Windows and networking skillsMicrosoft 365 and Intune experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Codemax LLC
