About the Role This role is a strategic finance leadership position as Controller. The Controller partners with executive leadership, evaluates growth opportunities, supports acquisitions and capital investments, and leads a high‑performing finance team. The position influences business strategy, drives financial performance, and helps shape the future of a growing organization. Key Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership to drive business performance and strategic growth. Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis activities. Support acquisitions, capital investment decisions, and long‑term planning initiatives. Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and operational excellence. Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance. Develop, coach, and mentor a high‑performing finance team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience. Strong business acumen and strategic decision‑making capability. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results. CPA and/or MBA preferred.
