- Prior experience in ICU or critical care is preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required
- Work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment and aftercare options
- Deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Continuously monitor patient status, promptly addressing changes
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with accuracy and care
- A BSN or ASN is required
