You will provide clinical expertise and ensure all patients receive high‑quality care in a high acuity environment. Responsibilities Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of critically ill patients. Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions. Maintain and review patient records, including posting of tests and examination results. Administer medications in accordance with physician orders. Qualifications Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse (FL RN) or have an appropriate compact license with an active FL RN license within 60 days of hire. Minimum of an RN Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred. Experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required. Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills. Ability to read/comprehend written and verbal instructions; PC skills required.
