About the Site The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus, part of a rich legacy of compassionate care since 1909, with 378 licensed beds and strong community support. Responsibilities Perform routine building general maintenance and repairs throughout the Health Center and clinics. Position requires job flexibility to perform a wide variety of tasks, from HVAC, plumbing, painting, cleaning, grounds and facilities upkeep, boiler and plant operations, moving equipment/furnishings, preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of systems. Responsible for troubleshooting, clean up and remediation of system failures consistent with large commercial Health Care building operations. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License 3 years of general maintenance experience in a commercial setting 6 months specialty experience in HVAC equipment or refrigeration applications #J-18808-Ljbffr
