Project HOPE Namibia (PHN) is seeking an Associate Director, Leadership Giving to drive donor engagement and fundraising strategy in support of the organization’s five-year plan. This role will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth donors, family foundations, and offices to secure gifts and reports to the Vice President Leadership & Legacy.
