Internal Communications Specialist

Supporting internal communications initiatives, the full-time Associate Internal Communications Specialist will manage content creation, communications planning, and channel management in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute content for various communication channels including email, Slack, and newsletters Coordinate and support executive communications and employee engagement initiatives Measure and report on communication effectiveness and employee feedback Required qualifications 2-3 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills Strong organizational and collaboration abilities Interest in enterprise communications and employee engagement Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
