Achieve documented solicitations for active donors, prioritizing face‑to‑face or virtual methods where appropriate, with alternatives noted in records. Re‑engage lapsed donors through targeted outreach to reactivate contributions. Stewardship Ensure proper acknowledgment and recognition of major donors, including personalized thank‑you letters and inclusion in relevant publications.
