This is fully hands-on, or as we like to call it, a player/coach role Position Summary The Director is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology projects from initiation through completion. This role works closely with the entire team vendors, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to defined requirements and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating the AI strategy and helping implement in a hands-on role Identify practical opportunities to use AI and automation. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria. Evaluate emerging technologies and determine where they can add value. Manage and Lead Website and appropriate updates Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and changes. Manage project budgets, resources, vendors, and third-party service providers. Facilitate project meetings and communicate status, decisions, and action items. Prepare regular project status reports for management and stakeholders. Manage requirements, documentation, change requests, and project deliverables. Ensure projects follow organizational IT standards, security requirements, and governance processes. Support continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies. Ensure successful transition of completed projects to operational support teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field. Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data, cloud technology, and modern software development. 3–7 years of experience managing IT or technology projects. Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects. Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
