About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Strategic Initiatives to join the Office of the Chief of Staff to the CTO. This pivotal role is focused on providing strategic support for the effective implementation of key priorities and programs, as well as organizing strategic initiatives and business transformation projects. The successful candidate will be a thought partner, acting as an enabler, connector, and aligner, with high levels of influence and the ability to lead autonomously. Responsibilities include supporting the Chief of Staff in the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic initiatives, developing integrated plans, and acting as a PMO for key initiatives. The role also involves the development of strategic materials for the CTO and Tech, D&A leadership team, and contributing to strategy development and updates. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 10 years of cumulative work experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in strategic management consulting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, and demonstrate the ability to work with the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality. Organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative leadership style are essential. The role requires a mature professional with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to drive results through influence in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
