Dental Hygienist

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to perform dental cleanings and assist the dentist in various procedures. Responsibilities: Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and debridement Conduct patient assessments, including oral health screenings, medical history review, and blood pressure measurements Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions Take dental x-rays and assist the dentist in diagnostic procedures Administer local anesthesia and apply fluoride treatments Assist with dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and crown placements Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical documentation system (Epic) Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile dental office environment Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental hygiene techniques and technologies Experience: Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Ohio Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist or similar role Join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional dental care.
