Sales Manager

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Manager for our Hyundai Coon Rapids dealership. In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing sales team, drive one-price, negotiation-free sales processes, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will manage inventory, set and track sales goals, coach and develop sales staff, and maintain strong performance metrics. Partner closely with finance and service teams, uphold Hyundai and Walser standards, and model our culture of integrity, transparency, and teamwork while growing your career in a modern auto retail environment.
