Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and identify their strengths and resources.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear goals and interventions based on the assessed needs of the patients.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and nurses, to create client-centered plans that ensure holistic care and continuity.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, providing support and fostering community among patients and families.

• Enact crisis intervention procedures as necessary, perform risk assessments, and establish safety plans to protect the welfare of clients.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, conducive to high-quality care provision.

Qualifications\n
