Senior Product Owner, CRM

Leading CRM product strategy and delivery, the full-time Senior Product Owner, CRM will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for the CRM platform, collaborating with stakeholders and technology teams to optimize client-facing capabilities in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Define and execute the CRM product strategy aligned with business services and client experience initiatives Own the product definition layer, translating strategy into structured, AI-ready specifications and managing the product life cycle Manage relationships with CRM platform vendors and ensure optimal delivery and integration with third-party partners Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration 3-5 years of experience as a product owner in the industry Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and AI-assisted delivery workflows Experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Strong understanding of client lifecycle management and CRM data models
