What You Will Do Essential Job Functions (Core Responsibilities - ~85%) Material Management & Repacking – 50%

• Execute and oversee the repacking of materials to meet shipping requirements.
• Enforce FIFO material sequencing across all secondary operations.
• Own the physical organization, cleanliness, and visual management of WIP and

containment cages. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Quality – 20%

• Collaborate with Scheduling, Quality and Shipping.
• Coordinate with quality to execute rework work orders.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships within the organization.

Inventory Control & Auditing – 15%

• Perform auditing of accurate line clearance.
• Confirm WIP counts against ERP reporting to ensure data integrity.

Additional Responsibilities (Secondary - ~15%) Efficiency, Reporting & Continuous Improvement – 15% * Active in operational excellence, providing suggestions for continuous improvement.

• Provide progress reports and updates as requested by leadership.
• Other responsibilities as assigned such as trimming parts, operating manual

presses, bag and tag for auto press, etc. What You Bring Core Qualifications * A minimum of three years’ experience in manufacturing operations (Cleanroom/ISO 13485 experience preferred)

• Intermediate level computer skills in the use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to utilize ERP as a primary tool for production tracking, ensuring

data integrity and minimizing manual workarounds * Basic reading, writing, math skills Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, FIFO, OEE, and visual management) * Safety First Responsible Professional Traits We Value

As a result, certain roles may require verification defined by ITAR regulations. Compensation & Benefits The expected salary range for this position is $21.00 – $25.00 hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
