As Vice President, Insurance Solutions Business Development, you will lead efforts to grow the insurance general account business across North America by developing new client relationships and expanding existing partnerships. You will collaborate cross‑functionally with investment, product, marketing and relationship management teams to identify and execute on strategic growth opportunities. The role involves driving complex, consultative sales processes and contributing to the development of tailored investment solutions aligned to insurer needs. You will also represent the organization at industry events and support refinement of product strategies for insurance clients. Salary range for this position: $220,000‑$250,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
