Pharmacy Technician - Eligibility Data Entry Specialist - National Certification Remote Eligibility Specialist (Pharmacy Technician / Benefits Investigation) Overview The Eligibility Specialist plays a key role in growing specialty pharmacy services by identifying patients eligible for Shields Partner Pharmacy, completing benefits investigations, and ensuring accurate documentation—while maintaining strict confidentiality.
